Art of Relaxation and Sleep Well Live Better Workshop

This workshop hosted by Lifelink is focused on learning skills and techniques to help participants relax effectively. We use mindfulness techniques to enable participants to bring their attention to what they want to focus on and help participants to become comfortable with their own inner thoughts and feelings. This workshop also aims to help participants have a better understanding of the impact sleep can have on our physical and mental wellbeing, and to share strategies to improve your sleep.

Venue: Maxim 3, Maxim Park Management Suite.
