Supporting good causes is a huge part of what the Maxim Park community is all about. It’s important that we are a force for good & by hosting events in the name of many different causes, that sense of community is cemented.

We strive to ensure that everyone based at Maxim Park has access to a broad range of personal and professional development opportunities to help them look after all aspects of themselves, including their health, finances, and confidence to name a few!

We are excited to announce a new letting with broadband and mobile operator Virgin Media O2 (VMO2) which will soon lead to the relocation of 350 employees to Maxim 4.

Doble Engineering has taken a 3,244 sq.ft suite within the ground floor of Maxim 8. he new office will be a centre for the design of electrical testing systems for the power utility industry.

In one of the largest and most significant office lettings to be transacted in Scotland in recent years, HSBC is to take occupation of 54,797 sqft over 3 floors in Maxim 4 next year.

We have an exciting message: we are implementing new EV charging points at the Maxim Park. We are increasing numbers of charging points and they will be of a newer technology!

Please note this project will commence on 13th of May for 8-10 weeks, during this time the EV charging at retail will be significantly reduced.

Scottish legend and former world champion Ricky Burns has launched Mighty Rick’s Gym here at Maxim Park! The state of the art 4,000 sq.ft. gym is now open for business within the ground floor of Maxim 3.
