These classes will involve a gentle warm up, some ice breaker games, stretching, self-massage, breathing exercises, positive thinking and we will finish with a lovely relaxation.
We offer two slots x 40 minutes each.
Maxim 8 ground floor (where Yoga and Aikido) The sessions will run on Wednesday 17th July at 12pm - 12.40pm and 1pm - 1.40pm.
