Meet our new Director of Park Services – Caroline Baillie
This month we are delighted to welcome a new face to the Maxim family. Caroline Baillie has joined the management team as our new Director of Park Services and we caught up with her to find out more about her new role.
Caroline, please can you tell us about the role you will be playing within the Maxim team
I hope to follow on from all the hard work Andrew and the team have been doing to date and drive forward with new initiatives and supporting the Park as it grows and flourishes.
What roles have you held prior to joining the Maxim team?
I have worked in various Building Services and Facilities Management roles across different sectors which has given me different experiences to learn and grow from over the years.
What are you most looking forward to about your role at Maxim?
I am greatly looking forward to getting to know the tenants at Maxim over the next few months and welcoming new tenants in the future.
What do you think makes Maxim a special place to work?
The Park is quite unique from the sites I have looked after previously due to the beautiful surroundings and community approach, and it is a wonderful setting to have on our doorstep and will be a privilege to manage with all of its amazing wildlife.
How have your first few weeks been working at Maxim?
I have received a great deal of support from the Maxim team since arriving. I must be driving them mad with all my questions!
Tell us about some of the facilities available to guests at Maxim?
There are a variety of great services on site from hairdressers to golf simulators and lovely food on offer from our retailers Piece and Regus. In the next few weeks there will also be the addition of a Londis which will be another great benefit and convenience for all.
What keeps you busy when you’re not working at Maxim?
When I am not working, I am enjoying precious time with my husband Frank and daughters Amy and Lauren, and trying to fit in time at the local gym.
What are you looking forward to most as life gets back to normal after the pandemic?
I look forward to the days where face masks are no longer a necessity and jetting off on holiday does not feel so complicated.
