New EV chargers at Maxim Park- introducing 8-10 week plan of action

Dear Tenants,

We have an exciting message: we are implementing new EV charging points at the Maxim Park. We are increasing numbers of charging points and they will be of a newer technology!

Please note this project will commence on 13th of May for 8-10 weeks, during this time the EV charging at retail will be significantly reduced.

Works are scheduled as follows:

13th May site set up 2 days

15th May works commence on 8-10 week programme

Please note that during the project there will be some roadways within the retail area that will be restricted as works progress, this will be clearly signposted by contractor team carrying out works. In addition, retail parking will be reduced and this will be the case going forward therefore Maxim staff should not be using this area for parking to ensure retail customers without permits can have access to park.

Please note there will be noise at times during this project while surfaces are prepared, and cabling installed for the new chargers.

Due to safety and materials required to complete works SSE have proposed a work area, see red line land area during build attached, which encapsulates parking bays at the west elevation of M6. The road will be closed off while works commence however alternative routes will be signposted to ensure access is maintained to rear parking areas.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience to all tenants and clients of the Retail sector; we are sure that is a great change.

Thank you very much.
