We are delighted to announce the winner of our ‘Refer a Colleague’ competition! It goes to…Margo Graham of Balfour Beatty!

We love keeping it local, healthy, and fresh here at Maxim. Last year we developed some unused land on the perimeter of the park to make way for a community Allotment.

Maxim Park certainty thrives in the winter season by organizing spectacular festive events such as a Halloween and Christmas drive inn.

On Tuesday 14th February we launched our new Maxim App! It was great to see so many of our tenants popping down to be informed, socialize and enjoy our chocolate fountain & prosecco.

Maxim is not only just an office park, we ensure that the space is kept in good condition without impacting the local wildlife and biodiversity.

Master Chef Winner Gary MacLean opens Maxims Park new allotment area on the 10th of November 2022.

Medical device company PneumoWave has leased a further 3,950 sq ft of workspace as the firm goes for growth here at Maxim Park.
